Encourage your child to explore the wonderful world of science. In our exciting Nursery Programs, children learn about animals, the environment, space, electricity, chemistry, and much, much more. With experiments, crafts, stories, and outside adventures at the Museum, your child can begin to understand the world around them.  Children three, four and five years of age are welcome to join our Nursery classes.
 

Register for the Fall session, (or) Save 5% off of the Fall & Winter sessions (or) Save 10% off when you register your child for the whole year.

Sibling Discount: $25.00 per session

Family Membership Fee: $50.00 per session or $100.00 for the year.

 

Choose the day & time that is best for you and your preschooler. 1 & 1/2 hour programs includes: program, snack & playtime

Leap and Lizards- Meet and feel some of our scaly reptile friends as we learn about the differences between lizards and snakes, turtles and tortoises.

 

Stop, Drop and Float- Learn how to make an egg land safely from a two story drop. What is Buoyancy? Find out what sinks and what floats and why!

 

Dinosaur Dig- We will become Paleontologists and venture through time. Learn all about dinosaurs and prehistoric mammals as we unearth bones from animals that lived long ago.

 

Oooey Gooey- Make slimy Oozey stuff that is super fun to play with. Learn about the importance of recycling and make your own paper.

 

All Around the Planets- Go into our blow up planetarium to learn about all the cool things that make up the Milky Way Galaxy.
