STRETCH FOR SCIENCE: Family Flow Yoga Class with YogaSix Manhasset

Start your Sunday with peace, movement, and a view you’ll never forget. Join us for a special outdoor yoga class at the Science Museum of Long Island on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM. This 45-minute all-levels yoga flow, led by an instructor from YogaSix Manhasset, offers a fun twist on a classic mommy-and-me style class — designed for parents and kids to move, breathe, and connect together in nature.

Class will take place atop the hill at Leeds Pond Preserve — 60 feet above and overlooking sparkling Manhasset Bay. Surrounded by fresh air, open sky, and breathtaking water views, it’s truly one of the most inspiring spots for yoga on Long Island.

Pre-registration is required.

• Adults: $20 per person

• Children (10 and under): $15 per person

• Museum Members: $5 discount per registration

All proceeds benefit the Science Museum of Long Island.

This class is rain or shine — in case of inclement weather, we’ll move indoors to continue the flow.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Space is limited, so secure your spot early!
