- Light: Learn how light travels, about the visible spectrum, and how all this helps us perceive all the colors of the rainbow.
- Paper chromatography: Separate colors through capillary action to see what pigments go into creating different colors.
- Chemistry: Explore the difference between natural dyes and chemical dyes. See what chemical compounds help create natural dyes and what to add to make them last longer.
- Dyeing Methodology: How to create different patterns, prepare dyes, and how to preserve the color afterwards. Leave a tie-dye pro!
