Come meet the live animals that live at SMLI. Discover what unique characteristics and adaptations they have that would help them survive in their natural habitats. Create some animal themed crafts to take home.
Children ages four and up are welcome to join SMLI on their days off from school to enjoy hours of fun, hand-on science activities! Children will participate in experiments, create crafts, and observe demonstrations.
- All holiday workshops run from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm
- Holiday workshops are drop-off programs. Please enter through the SMLI bus entrance.
- Please send your child with a packed lunch
- Children are grouped by grade starting with pre-k (4 years old). Some grades may be grouped together.
